1 1/2 Pound Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Piece
3 1/2 Cups 2% Cold Milk
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Basil
1/4 Cup Of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Ground Pepper
1/2 Crushed Oregano
1 Teaspoon Table Salt
1 Tablespoon Ground Garlic

Cooking Directions:
